180-Day Product Warranty
All Cyber Night-Market products have a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects when the product is used as intended. That said, please contact us if you encounter any problems, and we'll do our absolute best to make it right. We'd rather underpromise and over-deliver on service than the other way around.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Cyber Night-Market products have a 30-day return policy to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date, no questions asked. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please see "General Returns Information" below.
General Returns Information
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Products showing signs of use won't be accepted.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact us at Sales@CyberNightMarket.com.
- If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
- We will refund return shipping costs on approved product returns. However, customers are responsible for mailing the returned package at a local post office or courier service.
- We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels.
Damages, Defects and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong so we can make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in original, unused condition with tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase.
